Our first Honorable Mention goes to the project "Counterclaim Former Bristol Hotel Building" by Carlos Patricio Torres for a very impressive project. Similar to last year's second place winner Andres Henriquez Salgado, Carlos has demonstrated an amazing ability and work ethic, producing a very thourough and complete body of work comprised of all facets of the study of a well rounded architectural study.
